Each product page lists the current price, available options, materials, stones, and product-specific details for that design. Contact us with the product link and selected option if a specification needs clarification.
What materials does Mythara offer?
Materials vary by design and can include 10K and 14K gold, sterling silver, and other product-specific constructions or finishes. Confirm the exact metal, purity, color, and selected option on the product page.
Are all stones diamonds or lab-grown diamonds?
No. Depending on the design, jewelry can include diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, cubic zirconia, birthstones, other gemstones, or no stone. Use the stone identity and origin stated on the individual product page.
Does every diamond include a grading report?
No. A grading report is included only when the product page explicitly says it comes with the selected piece. Diamond grades and report availability vary by design.
How do product options and variations work?
Choose from the metal, color, purity, size, length, stone, or other options currently shown for the design. Price, image, and specifications can change with a selection, so review the complete combination before adding it to your cart.
How long does made-to-order production take?
Allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. Carrier transit begins after the piece is completed and handed to the carrier.
Does Mythara ship worldwide?
International delivery is available to eligible destinations. Enter the full address at checkout to confirm service and view available shipping methods, costs, and carrier estimates for that destination.
How do I choose the right size or length?
Review the measurements and options on the product page, then use the relevant size guide. If you are between sizes or buying a gift, send us the product link and your reference measurement before ordering.
How do personalized options work?
Available personalization fields appear on eligible product pages. Check spelling, letter case, dates, size, length, stone, metal, and every other selection carefully before adding the piece to your cart.
Can I change an option after ordering?
Contact Mythara as soon as possible with your order number. Because production may begin quickly, a change cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Follow any product-specific instructions and review the Jewelry Care guide. Metals, stones, finishes, settings, and treatments can require different methods, so do not soak, steam, or ultrasonically clean a piece unless the complete design is known to tolerate it.
