Shipping policy

Mythara jewelry is made to order. Production and carrier transit are separate parts of the timeline, so consider both when ordering for a date or occasion.

Made-to-order production

Allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or commonly observed holidays. Production time begins after the order is accepted and all required selections or personalization details have been provided.

Shipping methods and transit

Available shipping methods, costs, and carrier estimates appear at checkout for the delivery address. Carrier transit begins after production is complete and the package has been handed to the carrier.

An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, customs processing, and other events outside production can affect delivery.

Worldwide delivery

International delivery is available to eligible destinations. Enter the full destination at checkout to confirm whether service is available and to see the applicable shipping choices and charges.

Cross-border orders can be subject to taxes, duties, customs processing, brokerage charges, or carrier fees depending on the destination. Unless an amount is expressly collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. Refusing or failing to claim an international shipment does not automatically cancel the order. Any refund for a package returned to us will be evaluated after receipt and may exclude non-refundable shipping, duties, taxes, carrier charges, and return costs to the extent permitted by law.
